As one of the key members of the organization, she has managed to guide, helping in making informed decisions by providing guidance and advise. She has helped steer Shelter Arm Organisation in the right direction and ensure that it stays on track to achieve its goals, vision and mission with a wealth of expertise and experience. She provides the overall monitoring of grants/programs for both external/donor requirements and internal policies and requirements.

She also provides ongoing monitoring of the status of programs and complete regular check-ins on grant requirements.
